Mobile resources published via articulate mobile player app

I've created a series if learning modules and presentations and published to iPad via the articulate player app. I have a total of 40 resources now stored for offline viewing. I recently created and published a 6 min video to view on iPad. I accessed it once, viewed entire video then the screen froze and I couldn't access the library. I closed the app, reopened to a black screen. I then tried to download a different resource created with storyline, and after selecting the launch button, it started to process with the moving circle on screen but wouldn't launch the resource. I've turned the iPad off completely. Still same issue.. Black screen and unable to access library. I've also gone to App Store and clicked on the articulate app... But no luck in opening library. Has anyone had this issue and or can suggest a solution? I'm reluctant to delete the app and download again as I will then lose my library of resources? The other question is? Does the library itself have a limit of the amount of resources you can download for offline viewing? Kate
