I created a SCORM in Storyline, where 2 videos should play in a new window (to have a bigger video window) but in the mobile version, I cannot resume to the course or next slide after closing the video window.
First, I created a sample file to match what you built and then hosted it on SCORM Cloud (an industry-standard LMS testing tool).
From there, I tested the course on an iPhone 11 iOS 13 and Google Pixel 3 Android 10 where I'm able to close the video window and then resume the course.
I'll need your help to determine what's going on:
What version of Storyline are you using? Click on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
What device, OS, and browser are you using?
