Mobile Tilt issue

Hello,

Please assist,I scormed wrap a video and published it as a html 5 as i'm targeting mobiles and tablets, However when i tilt the screen it leaves a empty space on top which requires me to scroll down to find the video. I have no idea why this happening i was expecting it to fit to screen without having to scroll down.

Happy to help dive in to see what might be causing this. A couple of questions for you on this: 

  • Which mobile device are you using to test the published output?
  • When switching to landscape orientation, are there any icons that appear on the screen? 
  • If you could share a screen recording or a Peek 360, that would help out greatly!
