We are trying to upload a Storyline presentation for viewing on a mobile device. I published for web, allowing HTML5 and am hosting the file on our Adobe Connect Server. It works fine on a desktop application; however, no matter which version of the HTML file we try, it will not work on a mobile device. What am I doing wrong? (Screen cap of published output attached)

Have you tested the contents in Tempshare for comparison? This would help identify if the issue lies with the course or the environment.
Also, please be sure that you are viewing in a supported environment as explained here.
