When you switch to Modern Player, the audio will not begin to play unless you have selected a choice (next or play or previous). Once you select a button, the audio will work fine, even if you restart the project. If you then switch back to Classic Player and re-publish, the same audio issues still occur.
Review works properly, the audio issue happens after you publish. I am publishing to the Web, using Flash with HTML5 fallback and AMP.
Learners using Chrome 66+ could see a play button when they launch or resume a course with audio or video on the first slide. Clicking the play button starts the course and allows the media to play.
Does that seem to match what's happening in your file?

Are you finding that this happens in Chrome? Chrome changed the way they handle media autoplay in the latest update, so it sounds like you've run into that behavior.
