So I have a huge number of courses that need to be converted to modern text. Some of the learners are facing issue viewing text if this feature is not selected.
If I decide to open each file and publish it with modern text it will be a huge amount of effort. If there was a way to convert previous published courses to modern text. It would be a great great help if someone has a solution to this.
There is no quick way, and as the text may get rearranged when activating modern text you probably need to go through each course individually to check there are no problems.
Yes more often than not the text alignment will change, if you have text issues with users it is more likely issues with loading web fonts and modern text will not fix that.
There is no way to convert the courses without opening them.
I tried doing a reverse testing by disabling the setting for font download on internet explorer and was able to replicate the issue at my end. Will be sharing the details to the customer. Thanks for all the help.

You mean there are chances that the text can be realigned. The end viewers are facing issue with viewing text on a few browsers.
Do I have another solution by which the learner can see the text without changing it to modern text.

Hi,
I have another update this issue is found while viewing on Internet Explorer on Microsoft Surface. Anything that anyone has faced before?
Hi Yusuf,
Have you looked into the settings here for enabling the fonts in Internet Explorer, or adding the mime types for those fonts to your server?
Thanks Ashley,
I will look into the settings and see if I get the solution. Meanwhile sharing a screenshot of what the learner is seeing on his Microsoft Surface.
