Change "Correct/Incorrect" background color when reviewing the questions

Hi,
When someone is reviewing the questions in the Storyline, there will be a bar at the bottom of each question stating "Correct/Incorrect". The background color for the bar will be either green or red depending on the answer. See the screenshot attached. Is it possible to change the background color?

Short answer: no, you can't change those banners in the default Review layer, but you can build your own layer to display what you'd like!
