Module Error in LMS

Hi, I am having issues with a SCORM module which is loaded into a WorkStar LMS platform.
Some users are experiencing errors where the 10 question quiz is not scoring correctly. The module has been successfully completed however by many - with only a handful experiencing issues.
I have checked the module set up, re-published, re-loaded more than twice. Each user has tried different browsers, not taken more than 20 minutes to complete, commenced and finished in one sitting.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or can shed some ideas on what else I could check to ensure the module works as intended.

Hi Amy,
It's hard to say if it's only a few users, but you could confirm which browser they're using and want to confirm it's one of the options outlined here. Additionally you could look at testing it in another environment such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS testing.
