Module reports to LMS as complete on quiz failure

Hello, I am trying to find the correct script on either the "Results" slide or the "Mark Complete" slide which controls the status of an imported quiz within StoryLine.
My TC1 has stated that no matter if the learner passes or fails the quiz, it always reports the module as being complete.
I have attached images of the scripts for both the results slide and the mark complete slide.

Hello Michael!
have you tested this course on the SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same results> This is the industry standard for testing and can tell you if this is an error on the LMS's end or not.
