So i have had a query regarding a module showing as completed for the user when it wouldn't launch. The user has not completed the module which includes questions, however it is saying that she has completed it and also generated a score for her?
I have also uploaded this module onto SCORM Cloud and it is working fine with no de-bug logs.
Since the course reports as expected for you in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, I would reach out to your LMS support team for next steps. They'll best know how to troubleshoot LMS-specific issues; keep us posted on what they find!
Out of curiosity, what LMS are you using? There could be other folks here who use the same one and can also share some insight here!
