Module showing up not English

Hi,

I have developed a module, after launching the module for some reason most of the words on the screen are all jumbled up. This was on Chrome, I also tried in Internet Explorer and this resolved the issue. Any ideas what could have caused the issue, font size etc? Or is it advised to use a specific browser? Please see example below.

Hi Mat,

Were you able to try again in Chrome and have it launch successfully? It certainly looks odd, and it could be something with a custom font, a browser setting, or even a setting within your LMS or web server. If you could share a bit more information, such as: 

  • Storyline version/update
  • hosting location
  • browser versions used
  • any copies/links to your content

That would help us track it down further and do some troubleshooting with you.
