Module Videos

Hi I just added my SL module to an LMS, published as SCORM 2004 file. The audio on some of my video will not play. I have tried adjusting some setting, like where the audio is within the timeline, changing the compression, muting the mp4 (since the audio is separate within the slide), but none of this works. I have worked with people from the LMS team (TOPYX community) to troubleshoot this (cleared my cashe, browser history, etc.). It is playing in Explorer correctly, but our users will most likely use Chrome, where it is not playing.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with your audio.

I'm curious if you experience the same issue if you test the content in SCORM Cloud? This will help us identify if the issue lies within the project or within your LMS.

Hi, is there any way to test the Scorm Cloud account with a free trail when the files size is this large? I keep getting a message that I can upload my zipped file because it is too large to upload for free.

Any other route we can take. Here is something to note, the LMS allows this file to play properly though Internet Explorer, but not Chrome. Those that help set up our LMS say this is a problem with Storyline, not the LMS.
