We use Sakai as our LMS. When we initially uploaded the Module (made in storyline 360), one of our slides had a video that was suppose to start automatically (all the controls are hidden) but the trigger was deleted somehow. Students then started to complete the module, but of course got stuck on that slide.
The mod has since been fixed (the trigger to start the video at the start of the timeline was put back in), and our sakai team uploaded the new files. We then tested it with "Preview this module" and it works fine. But when the students try to resume it, they are still stuck at that place. What makes it worse is that some students tried to retake the entire mod but still gets stuck. Why does it work in preview but not in the actual launch?
They may be accessing the older version of the course. Have those learners try opening it in a new browser (or even a private/incognito window of their existing browser) and see if that one gets stuck. If not, they'll want to clear the cache associated with the browser to make sure that they're always viewing the latest update you shared.
