I am trying to view my presentation in Moodle 2.6. In moodle 1.9 i would create a label and link it to the HTML5 file. When i link the same file in Moodle 2.6 I just get a blank screen. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what file to link to to play the presentation?
Typically, if your LMS requires that you identify a single launch file once you've uploaded your content, the file to point to is index_lms.html. There is some additional information here on publishing to LMS.

It sounds like you aren't using SCORM - if so you probably want to use this method:

and select the index_lms.htm file as the main file.
Your other option is to use the publish to lms doc Ashley mentions and then add the package as a SCORM
