Moodle and Storyline size player

Feb 05, 2015

Hello

I created a storyline (full screen) everyting was fine when I opened the formation in a usual browser. The storyline respect the parametres of the player.

But when I put the same file in Moodle, I can't see all my formation. I try to change the parametres of the player but nothing change or the situation is worse.

Can you help me ?

Moodle provides 2 options that control how a SCORM is displayed - you can set the scorm to appear in the current window embeds the SCORM on a page withthe Moodle header/footer and sometimes course blocks within the page or you can configure it to open in a new window which will allow the SCORM package to use the full windows space available.

There is currently a bug with the Chrome browser that scales the SCORM content incorrectly in Moodle - this has been fixed in the "Canary" release of the Chrome browser but has not rolled out to all the stable releases at this stage. If you are seeing this issue in Chrome but not other browsers there are some work-arounds for this published in the moodle.org forums that you can use until Chrome releases the next version with the fix.

Sorry - I should have been more specific there. "Canary" is what Chrome call their development or alpha release of the browser. It's really a testing release used by developers to check that bugs are fixed and allow ongoing development. Every couple of months some of the things fixed in "canary" are bundled into a new stable release of Chrome and automatically send out the updated version to all Chrome users.
