moral support requested

Hi.  I'm having a real go of it, and I'm hoping that you guys can help, or at least just provide support...at this point I'll take whatever I can get, lol.

Storyline on my work computer keeps giving me a "I'm sorry, something went wrong and has to close" message.  Like as soon as I open a project file.  I've been working with someone at the support help desk and she keeps telling me to uninstall and reinstall storyline, and that works for like 30 minutes and then it crashes again.

So, I tried Storyline on my personal computer.  It just shuts down on me after about two minutes of working in it.  I thought maybe my files were corrupt so I started with a brand new project file, imported slides, and then it shuts down again.

I'm starting to feel like I can't use Storyline at all on any device.  Has anyone else been having these problems as of late??  Any words of wisdom?
