More actions within a condition.

Guys. Is it possible to make more actions on a condition?
I mean, you can have multiple conditions for one action on a trigger but not the oposite. I'll try to exemplify:

I have a course with multiple chapters and a menu to navigate between them.
Each chapter is unlocked when the user finishes the previous chapter, so when the user finishes a chapter, the next chapter's button changes its state from disabled to normal and the previous chapter's button changes from normal to visited (in this case, a custom state with a ✓). 

But the problem is. In order to do that, I need to create 2 triggers (one to enable the next button and other to check the previous) with the same condition.

Basically, the trigger works this way:
Do something if this condition is met and this other condition is met.
But IMHO, it should work this way:
If this condition is met, do this and do that.

So for this kind of thing, we would halve the number of triggers.

Does this make any sense to any of you guys?
