* Use the link in your product confirmation email to download the character pack or bundle installer to your computer. If you choose to download the zip version, extract it.

However, I have the "Articulate Order Confirmation" and the "Articulate Storyline 3 Upgrate: Product Activation" emails, but can't find the link to download the character pack in either emails. I am not supposed to reinstall the Storyline 3 software itself, or am I?  I would appreciate it if you could email me the link.

Hi Aiko,

Those links would have been in your Storyline 2 confirmation email and you'd still be able to use those characters with Storyline 3. If they are no longer installed, our team can help track down your license for that and provide the link again. I saw you were working with Wilbert on this too - so I reached out to our Customer Care team to help track down your license too! They'll be in touch as soon as they can.
