Motion Paths Publish Differently in Flash and HTML5

I'm creating a timeline type screen in SL360 that involves an arrow moving along a timeline using a motion path. Each time the user clicks a button, the arrow moves to the next stop. The motion path is 70 pixels long, and my dates are 70 pixels apart.
The arrow aligns correctly when I preview or publish to HTML5, however, when I publish to flash, the motion path doesn't behave the same. By the end of the 13 stops, the arrow ends up being almost 10 pixels away from where it's supposed to.
What is the explanation for the different behaviors? I know it sounds weird, but this needs to work in Flash as well as HTML5

Hi there Danny!
This isn't something we've seen before, but it certainly sounds buggy considering you're seeing different behavior in Flash and HTML5. Would you be willing to share that sample file with our team so we can get a closer look?
