Motion Paths --> When Timeline Reaches X;XX --> seekbar bug --> Help

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Storyline 360 file and I'm adding some motions paths - custom tweens, nothing major.

I had 4 motions paths set to Playhead Cues.

I encountered an issue where, manipulating with the seekbar, will screw up the graphic placements if you are missing the playhead cues while seeeking.

First thought? I Changed from when timeline hits cue pointer, to a set time. 65s, 75s, etc etc.

The glitch still happens.

Can you not have seamless motion paths and enable seekbar manipulation without causing issues?

Thanks for the screenshot - but I'm not clear on the behavior and glitch you're seeing? Could you share a copy of the .story file (even just that one slide?) here with us and then a description of what you're doing to see the issue? If you'd prefer to share this privately I totally understand that too - and our Support Engineers are happy to take a look! You can upload your file to them here.

Looks like we did not get any further information from Michael, so I do not have any additional information to share outside of what you are seeing here.

I know you mention you are not able to share the file here in the forums, but would you be able to work with a support engineer privately here so that we can help you out? We could sign an NDA as well if needed.

Otherwise, the steps to replicate and/or a sample course with no private information would be fantastic as well.
