Mouse cursor doesn't change when hover over image

Hi :) I've got several images throughout my story which are clickable, the mouse changes to a hand when you hover over most of the images but not all off them and I can't figure out why :/ some images are on different slide layers and some are on the base layer. This doesn't seem to be consistent as it happens to images that are on the base layer and on slide layers. Also when I preview the slide the mouse changes but when I publish the mouse doesn't change, it's baffling me.

Any feed back would be a great help :)

Thanks in advance :)

Hi Victoria-

Welcome to Heroes, thanks for reaching out here! The issue you're describing only happens after the course is published, correct? What environment are you publishing for and how are you viewing the course once published?  If you open an Articulate Storyline course from your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, make sure to upload it to the environment for which it was published. For instance, if you were to Publish for Web you'll want to upload the published output to a web environment to properly test it.

If you're viewing the published content in it's intended environment and still seeing this behavior, would you mind sharing your .story project file for us to take a look at? You can add it as an attachment on a comment right to this thread. Thanks! :)

Hi Victoria-

I published your course for LMS making sure to select the "Include HTML5 Output" option and uploaded the entire zipped published output to SCORM Cloud to test it in an LMS environment. I was not able to reproduce what you're seeing. Please take a look at your course here and let me know if you're still seeing that issue. I also recommend taking a look at this article on Troubleshooting Your LMS Using SCORM Cloud. Let me know if you have questions!
