Just finished recording the screen for a software tutorial. I recorded the screen in a series of "video in one slide" mode, and published for web delivery. In preview, the mouse movement, clicks, and typing are all visible. However, when the course is published the mouse movement, clicks, and typing are not visible.
Where are you testing your published content? You'll want to test within the intended publish environment as testing it locally could cause you to encounter odd behavior as described here.
If you're testing within the intended publish environment, could you tell us a bit more about where (ie LMS or web server) and what browser(s) you're using to test? Also, it may help to take a look at your .story file which you can share here by using the paperclip icon but please keep in mind that the forums have a 20 mb limit for uploads.
Thanks for your response. I have tested the course from a SharePoint website. The browser used to test is IE10. I have also attached the .story file for your consideration.
I tested your course at SCORM Cloud as I saw you were publishing for LMS, I posted it here and it worked as expected for me. Can you test that version and let me know how it works?
Did the version I share with you work as expected when you tested it?
I also published for web now and placed here on Tempshare which will be active for 10 days. This one also works as expected for me.
Have you checked in with your Sharepoint team to see if there is a reason why the videos may not play as expected? There are some known reasons here about why videos may not play in the published content.

Hi Ashley,
I republished the course for web delivery and retested it from the Sharepoint site. It still is not behaving as it should.
