I am recording my mouse/cursor as I move to different processes on website... whenever I review the recording the mouse stops after the first movement. The mouse/cursor is visible but doesn't move all while the rest of the recording continues on.
Also since you mentioned in this thread you're recording a particular website process, I'd be curious if you could replicate the same behavior on a new recording of just some simple website browser to ensure that all mouse movements are being captured outside of this website process you're recording.

I just answered a similar question you sent me via a private message - and my first thought was to import the file into a new Storyline file to resolve any issues. You'll also want to ensure that you're working with local project files as described here.
