I'm trying to allow the user to move an object (up and down) by a slider and rotate the object (clockwise and counterclockwise) by a dial at the same time. I've tried several ways but could not make it. I found a workaround which is using animation instead of the slider but it is not what I need.
Is there a way to apply the functionality of both a slider and a dial on the same shape?
The shape could be a dial, which has a motion path with a relative starting point attached to it. As you move the slider, the motionpath is triggered. Another dial can be used to rotate the shape.

Here is a quick example.
Thanks a lot, Michael for the time and the example.
It's similar to my workaround but I guess neater. I've made a few edits so others may also benefit from your example.
