Hello, I'm hoping someone can help...I have several animated images in my powerpoint. However, when I convert the powerpoint to my .story file the animated images are no longer animated. I have tried to copy and paste from PPT to storyline and still no go.
Check out this article explaining how Powerpoint animations are imported into Storyline.
If you are experiencing issues with supported animations, would you be able to share your Powerpoint and .story files either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can help you figure this out? Your file(s) will be deleted once troubleshooting is complete.
that article is not even close to what I'm talking about. I'm talking about like an animated GIF...it's a picture that moves on a loop. When I transfer that over it doesn't work.
Thank you for offering additional information! Gifs are a supported media type in Storyline 360. PowerPoint handles .gifs differently, so you'll want to insert the .gif on the slide in Storyline 360.
Please give that a try and let me know if the gif displays as expected!
