Moving objects/Missing answers

if you can share the .story file it will be easier for someone to try and help you troubleshoot. 

From the first image it looks like the object holding the four choices is not expanded.  Try highlight the outside box and then drag the resize handles - it gets a little tricky

Here it is.  The issues don't happen every time though, so you may not see it straightaway. It's on and off.

I'm not seeing the missing behaviour in preview.

Are you on the latest update and do you have your display settings as per specs

I'm having a related problem! I have questions set up on a master layout, but when I click on them in the slide layout, they hop up to the top of the slide. I have reposition each one manually. I can't find a setting that would lock the positioning other than locking the text box, which prevents me from editing. Any thoughts?

you've uploaded the published file - we'd need to take a look at the .story file to see what's happening with the setup.  Also, did you want your quiz options shuffled? so that they appear out of order even when you have the (A) (B) etc?  If you want to stop that select shuffle answers and change to None.

Thanks Wendy! Here's the .story file. I'm removing the numbering so the questions can shuffle : ) But on the questions themselves, when I click on the text box with the question text, it moves out of position and I have to reposition it. It's weird. Thanks for any insight.
