We
found that mp3/wav files doesn’t work only on Storyline 2 Simplified Chinese
version, because we reinstalled the software and chose English version, mp3/wav
files worked just fine.
Would
you please test it with Simplified Chinese version? If this problem cannot be
solved, it will be inconvenient for Chinese speaking user, and will also be a
problem when selling this software.

Can you tell us about what is happening when inserting a audio file while you're working in the Chinese version?
