I am looking into video fallbacks in Storyline 360 - my preferred option is "video from website" (vimeo) - however, if that video failed to load, for the user, is there a way that storyline can detect that and then perhaps launch a new layer with an mp4 back-up file?
Yes, you should be able to do this pretty easily using the Vimeo API. You could wait 5 seconds or so and then with the API check to see if your Vimeo video is playing, if not then display a layer with the video embedded from another source.
