I have some courses with MP4 videos embedded in a couple of the slides. However I'm finding that for some of the courses the MP4 audio starts playing in advance of the video slide being reached. Has anyone else had this issue and can tell me how to resolve?
Might need some more information. Are you using the Insert > Video from website option or inserting as a Web Object? Can you share the embed code or the slide with the issue.
Hi Wendy thanks for jumping in I'm inserting the video as a file in Storyline itself. It plays fine when I preview it but the issue is happening when I load it into our LMS.
I would recommend testing in Scormcloud (Industry standard LMS) - that will help determine if it is something in the SL file that needs tweaking or how your LMS is handling the file.
