MP4 issue on intranet

Hi,
One of my client has the following issue: a story module including videos (and working fine on my webservers) encounters problems when stored on his internal network. The module is entirely ok except the videos which only display a black rectangle where the video should normaly be.
The strange thing is that the video files works fine when called by itself (ex: http://int.nameofthecompany.com/76 - eFRONT/03. Contenu de la Plateforme eFront/BPM/story_content/video.mp4) but display a black rectangle when called via the story.html (ex: http://int.nameofthecompany.com/76 - eFRONT/03. Contenu de la Plateforme eFront/BPM/story.html)
And more strange, it works perfectly when called via the story_html5.html file...
Do you have a clue on what's going on?

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties, but there are a few things we can try first to rule out some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
In addition, you'll want to ensure that you are testing your output in the Intended Environment, and here is some info on how MP4 Videos Require a MIME Type on Your Server to Play Properly. If issues persist, please add your file here so we can take a look.
Hi, many thanks for your answer. Unfortunatly none of this could resolve the problem. But my client finaly used another webserver and now everything works fine! (the story.html as wellas the story_html5.html)...
