MP4 Video not uploading into SL

I am getting an error message when trying to import an MP4. I cannot find anything on discussions about this except that Storyline should be accepting MP4s. I am also not able to find quick access to video size limitations. Can someone please advise? I am using a demo version of Storyline to test it out, but that should not generate this kind of error below.

Hi, I did follow these instructions, twice, and still got the error message. The mp4 is located on my computer and settings do allow for uploading from what I can tell in the Properties, etc.

Thanks for letting us know you went through those steps and are working with local files.
It's been awhile, but I remember a user mentioning difficulty with a 2GB file in the past. How big is your mp4? Is this a video you made/recorded? What software?
Trying to nail down possible causes for you.
Though Mp4 is supported by Articulate storyline but you may be getting this error due to the existing video's property that is not supported by storyline player.
Convert your video to Mp4 again or to other format like FLV with the help of any online free tools like https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-mp4
Just upload the file from your laptop to convert and download the updated MP4 version.
Try upload it again inside SL. Hope this will help you uploading your file.
