I have created a module in Storyline 2 and it contains a MP4 video (with sound) on the opening slide. Now when I publish it, the video playback isn't synced to its own soundtrack. The audio lags by about 3 or 4 seconds.
The video plays fine with no lag when I preview the project within SL and also in windows media player. Has anyone come across something similar or got any ideas to resolve it?
I've seen some reports of things getting out of sync when utilizing the seekbar, but you are saying that the audio/video is out of sync period when published?
Would you be able to share your video file and .story file for us to take a look?
I think I have solved the problem in a round about way.
First I tried separating the sound track from the video using video editing software but this still didn't solve the problem of the video playing slow.
What I found to work was convert the original MP4 video clip to an AVI file (using video editing software) and then inserting it into SL2
