Mp4 video won't work

Hello,

I am using storyline 2 and when inserting a video it just won't do anything,

I opened edit video (as all the others have worked fine) and changed it

works fine in video preview window but when i close and save it doesn't seem to save it it.

help please!

First, a few basics to cover:

What version of Storyline 2 are you're using? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline.
If the options under the Insert tab are not working properly, a simple repair should help! Let us know if you're still having trouble after the repair, we'll keep digging!
