mpeg 4 video not visible when published Mar 19, 2014 By Barry Moore I have inserted an MPEG 4 video into Storyline. If I view it is visible and plays. If I publish to Articulate online it works, If I publish it to disk or LMS it is not visible. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff 10 years ago03/20/14 at 10:03 am (UTC) Hi Barry, There are a few known reasons here why a video may not play within your published content., and when you publish for CD or LMS, you'll want to make sure that you're also viewing the content within the intended environment (uploaded to the LMS) and using a supported browser as mentioned here.
