Using the built in question types the user would need to select all the potential correct answers, but if you're looking to allow for the user to select some of the potential answers but not all of them, you may want to use the method described here by one of our Super heroes Rebecca.

Are there any restrictions on your interface? The Numeric quiz type allows you to specify a range of correct numbers. On possibility:
"Enter the rating you would attach to this can of red herrings."
[user enters 2]
"Correct.
The can of red herrings is maybe important but probably not essential, so its rating should be approximately 3."
