Multiple Answers, leaving room for error

Jul 29, 2014

I am currently working on a course where users will be rating pieces of evidence.

We would like to leave room for error by allowing multiple answers, though only certain ones, that COULD be the answer.

Basically, 6 ratings, and even though number 3 is correct, 2 and 4 would also be acceptable.

Is there any way to do this?

I can only seem to find the option of selecting multiples, but that requires ALL 3 to be selected to be correct.

Any suggestions?

Are there any restrictions on your interface? The Numeric quiz type allows you to specify a range of correct numbers. On possibility:

"Enter the rating you would attach to this can of red herrings."

[user enters 2]

"Correct.

The can of red herrings is maybe important but probably not essential, so its rating should be approximately 3."
