There are some older post with similar request. I agree with them that if you're not wanting to track how the user did (score) but simply that they have completed the assessment, you could include Course Completion Triggers.
Thanks for sharing what you would like to create in your course. You mention:
three different job roles each with a separate assessment at the end specifically to that role
each of the assessments will need to be reported on as passed/failed and the result passed back to the LMS
If each user is taking each assessment, then I would recommend using a 'result of results' final result slide. This is built right into the software. Take a look at the documentation here.
