I created a "multiple choice" question (Storyline Articulate 2), with only one possible answer. There are 4 choices. When I try to select a choice and deselect it, this choice seems blocked... while the others choices work. I don't know what happens with this specific choice.. The configuration is the same for all radio buttons.
normally when a multiple choice question is created it is setup as a button set, which means you can select / deselect any option, and only have one option selected at any one time. For some reason this option was set to None on your question slide.
I have updated the story file and here is an image of the button set setting.

can you upload the .story file and let us know which question it is. Easier for someone to help if they can see your setup.
