I'm having an issue with multiple choice questions, where everything looks fine in Storyline, while editing, but once I publish, when you select your answer, the dot that appears is grey-almost white, instead of black, making it really hard to see.
Does anyone know what's this is about? I tried it with different publish quality settings, html5 and flash, and on different browsers, all yielding same results.
I'm having the same issue, and have tried basically everything that Neki described. I exported both Web and LMS versions, and both had the same problem. It's really weird, it looks like a visual bug of sorts, but it still makes for a problem with my clients, who are using these projects, and can barely see whether the selection is confirmed or not.
Thanks for sharing that screenshot--that was really helpful. We've done some testing on this, and we're seeing an issue where radio buttons appear white when selected if you have made any changes to the Radio Border or Radio Color. Does that seem to match what's going on in your file? Also, what version of Storyline are you using?
YESS, thank you, this is where the problem was. I'm a bit of a noob in this software, so I missed some obvious options, but the thing is that, out of the 3 projects I've been working on, the first one worked just fine in this regard, and then suddenly the other two started doing this stuff, without my ever touching the quizzes themselves. Weird stuff.
Anyway, my problem is solved, thank you very much!
I'm glad you found a workaround! We definitely wouldn't expect formatting the Radio Border or Radio Color to cause this kind of issue, so I've logged this as a software bug. As soon as I have more information, I'll be sure to pass it along to you! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 🙂

Hi Neki,
That's really strange! Have you tried creating a multiple choice question in a new Storyline file? Does the same thing happen there?
Also, how did you publish the file--web or LMS? Where did you host the file after it was published?

I'm attaching a screenshot displaying the issue.
