I have set the number of tries to three. The user has the option to select one or all of the answers if they want but only letter "d" is correct. When the user selects one response, and then hits submit, nothing happens. How can I set up a trigger to show that even if they select one response or two, once they hit the submit button, it will show as "incorrect" and they need to try again.

Usually, you just set the attempts to 3 and customize the feedback layers as you wish.
