I'm having trouble with multiple conditions using an OR statement. Example: How do I set a trigger to accept user input such as a lower case "a" and an upper case "A" without having to create a trigger for both? The Show Conditions window allows you to add a new condition, but the choice for an OR condition is grayed out. I'm sure the answer is simple - just don't know what I'm missing.

You need more than one condition to have an AND or OR, it may be simpler to use a freeform text entry question and ensure case sensitive is unticked
