Has anyone created a project where multiple subjects (that correlate to one another) are built in one course. This wouldn't be one you have to complete all at one time. It would be like an entire curriculum in one spot, with the option to complete one subject at a time. Would this be better presented as one project or many separate projects?

I will mention, if you need to track the different topics/subjects, separate projects may work best.
