its the order of your triggers on the submit action - change them so that the Submit interacion for Pick one is last. Just use the UP and DOWN arrows to move it to the bottom.
At the moment because it is the first trigger that happens, SL doesn't get to invoke your Correct or Incorrect triggers - hope that makes sense.
If not, revisit Jeanettes tutorial above and you'll see what I mean.
