Hello! I hope someone out there can help out. My program recently switched over to storyline 2, and now we're experiencing sporadic problems with layers once they are published in our LMS (Desire2Learn). The problematic slide has many layers. Multiple layers can be seen when they user starts clicking on the links even though each layer is set up to "hide" the base and other layers. I've already uploaded the pieces to customer support, and the layers worked appropriately in the scorm cloud. Any body know of any settings that I might be missing?
Since it sounds like it worked as expected in SCORM Cloud per our Support team, I'd share those results with your LMS team to help you look into the issue further as SCORM Cloud is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
