Multiple lines of results showing on our LMS

Hiya,

We have noticed that some users are getting multiple lines of results in our LMS (Kallidus Classic) when completing modules.

For instance, I have gone into the module today and completed it, but when I look in the parent and child results it's showing that i have completed it 2 times when I've only been in it once.

There is no pattern to it, I could fail it and then go and pass it later with only one one line of results showing in the LMS; but then I could go into it another day and suddenly it will record that attempt as 2 attempts.

I have raised this with our LMS Zen Desk, but in order to cover every angle of the issue, I wanted to make sure it wasn't something I was doing when zipping the file up.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi, Helen. Very sorry you see such inconsistencies in the LMS' report. Let's see if I can help!

To start, have you tried testing in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud–an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output–to see if you find the similar discrepancies there? This will tell us if the data issue is mostly related to your Storyline or Kallidus' output. Let us know if you need a hand with testing!

Additionally, you could enable LMS debug mode to capture the communication flowing back and forth between your Storyline file and Kallidus. Then, share that data with the LMS team to see where the issue lies.
