Multiple Modules SCORM Completion

Our client asked us to merge several story files together into a single SCORM package. Each merged section still needs its completion status sent back to the LMS. Can I use JavaScript to target and set completion status for individual Modules/Lessons inside a single Story file? Currently, completion is sent to the LMS from the last slide in each Module/Lesson.
Problem: client requested that Modules 1, 2, & 3 be in a single SCO.
Using Storyline 360 uploading SCORM to Cornerstone LMS.
We're also looking into whether we can create a multi SCO package with the existing Storyline output.
Any guidance or suggestions on setting up this type of completion requirement?

Hi Bob,
It might be something you could do with Javascript, but I'd also suggest taking a look at the ideas outlined here.
They're all a bit outside my area of expertise, so reaching out in the community was the right call!
