Thanks for the swift reply Justin. But, I didn't mention that this is for a multiple answer quiz. Reset variable isn't the right option. I checked "Reset to initial state" when revisiting, but that's not it either.
I was having so many issues, and did not watch Justin's solution. So I went ahead and changed the 'Feedback by Question' to 'Feedback by CHoice'. I was hoping that this would work, but it gets stuck to. I have a tight deadline, and this is a big project, and review is very important part of this project. If this does not work out, I will have to redesign the review section. Thanks
Sorry to hear that you are having such difficulty Indrani - I took a peek and it does look like you reached out to our support team (01068982) since you mentioned previously that your file is confidential.
Yes, I do have a tight deadline that I had committed to. If there is no solution, I need to redo the Review section as it is a very important part of the course.
I checked on your case with Renato and it looks like you're having a hard time downloading the file he's sharing with you. Were you able to follow along with this suggested steps:
The Storyline review mode occurs when a user revisits a quiz slide that has an answer. When on review mode, users cannot click on the slide but they can still navigate the slides by clicking on the previous and next button.
To work around the issue, you need to create a result slide after the last quiz slide. Then add a trigger to reset the result slide.
I added the workaround in the "Fresh Fruit Sangria" branching.
- Inserted a blank result slide after slide 4.4 - slide 4.5: Add a trigger to jump to the 1.4 when the timeline starts - slide 4.4: Add a trigger to jump to slide 4.5 when submit button is clicked. - slide 4.1: Add a trigger to reset the result of slide 4.5 when Butt_next is clicked.
The drawback to this workaround is that the result slide will appear after slide 4.4. You may want to redesign the result slide so users will know that they are being redirected to slide 1.4
Let us know if you're able to access the file and we'll see if there are any other ways of sharing it with you!
Here is why I need one button to 'SUBMIT' and jump to next slide.
If the 'Check your answer' just triggers to the next slide, I noticed that users can just click on this 'Check answer' button even without making any selection. That defeats the prupose. I would like the users to think, reflect and then make a selection. Thanks again!
Yes, that should work as well. You can add multiple triggers to a button. Is that within the same file that you're working to share so that we could take a look as well?
Thank you, Leslie. This will work. you made my day!! thank you so much. for my next project, I will have a chance to review the solution given by your technical experts. Hoping by then, our tech IT team will let me view and download the file. Thanks again

Thanks for clarifying, Lilian.
Here's a similar Screenr for Multiple Response Questions:
Thank you for clarifying Justin

I am still working with the IT department to give me access to the site where you have uploaded the file.
Just an another question-is there any way you can tie the actions SUBMIT (responses to multiple questions) and jump to NEXT slide in one button?
Here is a screenshot with explanations-just in case you need. Thanks

So that when the users do not make a selection and want to proceed, they will get a message 'you have not made any selection'.
Thanks

No I did not try it in the file that your team took a look. I can send you a mini file just with the interaction for you to take a look. Thanks again.
Sure. I'll take a look :)
Hi Leslie,
'Sangria' for you this time :) Here is the actual source file as well a screenshot explaining my query. So to get to the quiz:
1. From the Main Menu click on sangria
2. From the clipboard menu, please click on 'Review' section for a review session.
I admit, this is not an elegant solution.
I will be in cloud 9 if this gets resolved. Thank you
Hey Indrani - Looks like you have set this up well.
The piece you were missing was to actually submit the interaction, then the users get the warning when it has not been answered as you asked about.
Check out your updated file attached.
Thank you, Leslie. I will take a loo now. Yes when I did the workaround, I realized that I had to forgo the 'submit' button.

Glad to be able to assist! Enjoy your weekend :)
You made my day!!! You have a great day and weekend!!
