I built a training in storlyline regrouping multiple flows specific to all groups taking the training. Every flow has its own flavour and the quiz is also unique to each flow. In storyline, these flows are built as separate scenes. At the end of each scene, I then had to insert a result slide - if I use the same result slide the overall results are skewed as storyline claculates based on the total number of questions in the entire training. When publising the online training, Storyline allows me to identify one result slide only.
I may be oversimplifying or misreading what you need, but I figure I'll give it a shot. It's true that Storyline only lets you identify one results slide, but you CAN determine what that results slide will report to the LMS. Have you looked at the tutorial here, specifically at step 2 where you can select which questions to include or which results slide to include?
