I created a simple multi-response using the form builder. I created my answer choices and indicated which ones are correct (e.g A,B,D). However, if I click only 2 of the 3 possible correct answers (A,D) it marks the answer as being correct. Is there a way to format this so all of the correct answers have to be selected before it is marked as being correct?

Is this how you set up the question in Form View? All three choices should be checked, as shown below.
Also, what version of Storyline are you using? You can check by going to Help >> About Storyline.
