I am using Storyline 360. I have a question with five answers, all of which are correct. They do not want to use "all of the above." If the user chooses any combination less than all five, then clicks submit, there is no response at all. What am I missing?
It is difficult to work out why without seeing the slide. Common reasons can be no incorrect layer (you have one), submit button not assigned to the quiz, quiz set to no feedback, quiz set to unlimited attempts and many more...
It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

I will send in the slide separately.
Hello, Valeta!
I see you also opened a support case in regard to this behavior. Great call!
I see you and my teammate, Renz, discovered that going to Form View and changing the Unlimited Attempts to 1 did the trick.
Nice teamwork on nailing down the culprit! If you run into any more issues, please let us know!
Thanks for all your help!
Hey Valeta,
Glad that Katie was able to help you here.
