Multiple response not working, only feedsback incorrect option

Hi 

I am quite new to storyline. I am writing an assessment, however, I have a problem with 1 x question. It is designed as a multiple response MCQ, there are 3 x right answers and 1 x wrong answer. I have set this up in the normal way, all correct options are checked but when testing the question either in published or preview mode despite answering the question correctly I just get presented with incorrect.

I am unsure why this is the case. I have tried to redo the question a number of times and it does not want to work. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
